The unit price of Türkiye’s Forestry Products exports rose from $0.65/kg in 2024 to $0.69/kg in 2025, representing a 6.6% increase.



WORLD FORESTRY PRODUCTS INDUSTRY

In 2024, global Forestry Products exports increased by 0.6% compared to the previous year, reaching $152.8 billion. As of 2024, the top five export destinations for the sector were China, Canada, Germany, the United States, and Vietnam. Türkiye, meanwhile, ranked 26th among 170 countries, with $1.7 billion in exports, accounting for 1% of the total.

In 2024, world forestry products imports decreased by 1% compared to the previous year and reached $155.5 billion. That same year, the top five countries responsible for imports were the United States, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Türkiye, with $868 million in imports, ranks 37th among 226 countries, with a 0.6% share.
